At Motronix, we are committed to providing high-quality electronics, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because our products are shipped directly from manufacturers, our return policy is more limited to ensure fairness and to protect both you and our business.

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Time Frame: Returns are only accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we will not accept any returns.

Condition of Product: To qualify for a return, products must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts included. Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

Non-returnable Items:

Headphones, earphones, or personal audio products (if the packaging seal has been broken).

Consumables or hygiene products (e.g., electric razors, toothbrushes).

Products that have been customized or made-to-order.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. After this period, returns for defective products will not be accepted. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage, or we will be unable to process the return.

2. How to Return an Item

Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, contact us within the 14-day return window at [insert contact details]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photos of the defective or damaged product.

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the item. Returns without an RMA will not be processed.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is received.

3. Refund Process

Refund Method: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee may apply for returns of opened or non-defective items, or items that do not meet the return conditions outlined above.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products. If you wish to receive a different model, colour, or size, you will need to return the original product and place a new order.

5. Warranty

Many of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty. For any warranty-related issues, please contact us, and we will assist you in reaching the manufacturer directly. Warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and may not cover all types of damage.

6. Exceptions to Our Return Policy

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products purchased outside of the 14-day return window.

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.

Products that are missing parts or packaging.

Custom, special-order, or personalised products.

Consumables such as batteries or accessories that have been opened.

Important Notes:

Any returns sent back without prior authorization (without an RMA) will be rejected and returned to the customer at their own expense.
